1. Do you offer real leather?

No. All fabrics in our offer are a leather-like materials.

2. Do you have all the materials offered on the website currently in stock?

No. Since our offer is very wide, we cannot have everything in stock. Many materials are available on request.

3. How long do I have to wait for delivery?

We make all effort to ensure that the ordered item is available as soon as possible. With each transaction, we give the approximate time of its realization. Usually it is approx. 7 working days. However, we do not exclude the possibility of delivery in 24 hours. It depends on current location of the material.

4. What is the minimum amount of linear meters to order?

Most fabrics can be purchased from 1 roll (typically 40 linear meters).

5. What if I want to buy a few meters of fabric?

We do not conduct retail sale. On request we can prepare a larger samples, eg. 0,5 or 1 linear meters.

6. Are fabric or products samples free?

Most of the samples are free of charge. The customer must only pay the transport costs. If you order a large number of samples, price is determined individually.

7. Will I get any discounts?

If you are a regular customer, you can count on more attractive prices.

8. Do you realize foreign orders?

Of course. Details regarding delivery are determined individually.

9. When I get a price in a foreign currency, does it mean I have to also pay in that currency?

Not necessarily. There is no problem for the customer to pay in PLN. We calculate the exchange rate at the time of issuing VAT invoice.
